MTC Gas Australia’s safety vision is to provide a high-quality service across the whole gas industry in relation to legislative compliance with the appropriate Australian Standards and the P&G Act 2004 and within the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.
MTC Gas personnel have a sound understanding and knowledge within these associated requirements which provides a basis for practical completion of all gas work. MTC have a dedicated Safety Manager that supports employees and contractors to maintain a high level of process safety and gas system compliance across all scopes of work. Our technicians and their work is audited regularly to ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
MTC Gas have secured many larger contracts with national companies based on the submission of their safety related documentation within the prequalification process. This includes a comprehensive Safety Management System and supporting documentation such as Safe Work Method Statements and other compliance tools.
Our Safety and Compliance Manager has had extensive experience within the gas industry over the past 25 years in the private sector and within Queensland Government. Maintaining and constantly improving on our strong culture of safety companywide is MTC Gas Australia’s top priority.
